Inventory report/Schedule of condition
A list of all of the furniture, fixtures and fittings in a property, together with a detailed description of the decorative order and condition.
Check-in report
A report prepared at the commencement of the tenancy detailing the decorative state of the property and reflecting any changes that have occurred to the furniture, fixtures and fittings since the original inventory or previous check-out report was prepared.
Check-out report
A report prepared at the end of the tenancy, after inspecting the property and checking the original inventory. This will describe the changes to the property since the start of the tenancy, and will detail whether, in the clerk’s opinion, any damage, required cleaning that is attributable to the tenant, or to the Landlord (i.e. fair wear and tear or maintenance).
Mid term inspection
A property visit, followed by a report to the Letting Agent/Landlord, looking at the condition of the property during the course of a tenancy.
We will act as an unbiased third party, and will provide our opinion of the condition of a property and its contents at a given point in time.
